In case you receive a damaged jewelry or the wrong jewelry were sent you can simply return your purchase to us insured within 14 days and we will refund your full purchase price.

You must email us BEFORE returning the jewelry to get an authorization.

The jewelry should be returned by the similar method it was received i.e registered mail, or international courier.

All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are returned due to them being damaged when you received them, or the wrong jewelry were sent. We will then issue a full refund once the goods are received, less our original shipping charges.
