Processing Time Before Your Order is Sent:
Most of retail orders are processed and sent within 4-7 days of payment.

All we ask you to fill in on our site is your name, address, telephone, email, so that we have all your shipping and contact details.            These details are never given to third parties.

After Payment:
You will receive an email within a few minutes with your order details.

Your account will also have all the details of your order. If it is not listed here it usually means you have not pressed the confirm button from 2Checkout to return to our site after payment. We have all your order details if this happens we can email them to you later.

Cancellation By Asmar Jewelry:
We reserve the right to cancel or accept a sale and this includes any prices incorrectly displayed due to an error.

Backordered Pieces:
We do regular stock updates, but in the event of an item being out of stock we will have to make a new one. As each piece is handmade it will take a little longer. If we cannot provide the same piece or you do not want to wait, we offer a refund in case you have completed the payment process.
